Fulbright Canada alumnus appointed President of Capilano University!
fulbrightDr. Kris Bulcroft, American Fulbright Scholar, originally from Western Washington University, took up his award in 1995-96 at the University of British Columbia. Now, nearly 15 years later, he will be taking the reigns of another British Columbian University; Capilano University. Fulbright Canada congratulates Dr. Bulcroft on his recent success!
